User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Karaoke (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) offered by Reliance Broadcasting Unlimited, Inc. Our registered address is at Newstreet Building, McArthur Highway, Balibago, Angeles City, Province of Pampanga, Philippines.
This User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as this “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Application, including any of the Services (as hereinafter defined).
Throughout the Agreement, “User”, “you”, and “your” refers to you, the person accessing the Application and availing of the Services (as hereinafter defined) and accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The “Company”, “RBU” “we”, “our” and “us”, refers to the Company.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the Company. We strongly recommend that you read it in its entirety before proceeding and ensure that you understand the meaning and implications of each clause. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised to discontinue use of the Application immediately. The continued use of or access to the Application following the posting of any changes in the terms of this Agreement constitutes, and shall be considered as, acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, and all other agreements which form part of these Agreement, which may or may not be referred herein.
For users who are minors, we strongly recommend that this Agreement be reviewed under the supervision and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
Your use of the Application and the Services shall likewise be subject to supplementary terms, or business rules (such as but not limited to the Copyright Statement).
We reserve the right, at any time, modify, change, replace or update any part of the terms of this Agreement and additional terms, and such modifications shall be effective immediately. It is your sole responsibility to check this page regularly for any changes.
2. Service Content and Scope of Use
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Services” refers to, but is not limited to, the following:
You are granted the right to install, use, display, and operate the Software on a single device for non-commercial purposes. VIP passes are limited to one device at a time.
The VIP Pass unlocks unlimited access to the full karaoke library, offline playback, real-time scoring with leaderboards, and premium features like song favorites and queueing for the ultimate singing experience.
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Services if usage exceeds permitted limits. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.
3. User Information Security and Privacy Protection
By using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in this Agreement.

Your personal data shall be collected and processed solely for the following legitimate purposes:
Processing your personal data is based on your consent, performance of a contract (use of the Software), and the legitimate interests of the Company in providing secure and reliable services.
We do not sell or disclose your personal data, except as described in this Agreement or as required under applicable laws and regulations.
Note that if we receive information indicating that someone is using our services to traffic in stolen intellectual or physical property of RBU, we may refer such matter to law enforcement.
Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the declared purposes, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Voice recordings will be stored only if you voluntarily opt to record and may be deleted by you at any time through the Software’s settings.
RBU implements organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
You have your rights as a Data Subject, and you are entitled to exercise these rights as provided under the DPA of 2012 and its IRR.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any risks, damages, or losses resulting from the leakage or unauthorized use of your credentials shall not be attributable to RBU.
For any future updates that require the collection of new personal data, we will provide prior notice before implementation.
4. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without representations and warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, and RBU disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law, any warranties of any kind, including: (i) Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, (ii) arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade, (iii) that data provided to us will not be subject to loss or damage, (iv) non-infringement, (v) that the Services will be secure or compatible with your networks, systems, applications, hardware, or devices; or (vi) that the Services will be of merchantable or satisfactory quality or fit for any particular purpose.
The Services and/or the Application may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications including the device used by the User being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off or not functioning. The Company is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damages, or losses resulting from such problems.
RBU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, customers, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. RBU is not liable for interruptions or failures caused by third-party infrastructure, misuse, or circumstances beyond its control. You agree to defend and indemnify the Company and its affiliates from any claims arising from (a) its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations; (b) its obligations under this Section, (c) its infringement of the intellectual property rights; or (d) matters for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. You are responsible for settlement costs, judgments, legal fees, and any expenses related to such claims, unless consented to in writing by RBU.
The Application may be updated from time to time (e.g., through patches or upgrades) without prior notice. Please note that older versions may no longer be supported following such updates.
To enable downloading of songs, the Software may request permission to access your device’s storage.
To keep your account secure and ensure smooth playback, we may ask for permission to access basic device information like your set top box ID or network details (e.g., Android ID, MAC address).
5. Intellectual Property Protection
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with us or our licensors. You may not use any branding or trademarks related to the Application without prior written consent. You agree to comply with the applicable intellectual property laws.
The Application integrates the WeSing Karaoke SDK. The Karaoke song library in this Application is sourced and/or licensed from Tencent Music Entertainment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. You agree to comply third-party copyright rule found at Karaoke.rbu.com.ph.

To subscribe to our karaoke service, we will only collect your account number to process your request.
To complete your subscription payment, you will be redirected to a secure third-party payment provider. This third party will collect and process your payment details directly, and their privacy policies will apply to that information.
We do not retain any payment information from the third-party site.
